Bonded NdFeB Magnet

Bonded NdFeB Magnets are made of NdFeB magnetic powder and flexibility. People found the NdFeB (neodymium) magnet can supply super strong magnetic performance, but the manufacturing process of the sintered Neodymium magnet, cannot supply greater flexibility in terms of shapes. A bonded neodymium magnet can deal with some issues on the precision of dimensions and complex shapes, althought the magnetic properties would be weaker than the sintered Neodymium magnets. The magnet would be lighter than other metal magnets like SmCo magnet etc.? This magnetic material can supply the solution on lots of small volumn and high precision requirements applications.

Applications of Bonded neodymium magnet

Comparing with the applications, the bonded neodymium magnets are usually used in smaller products. The automotive industry usually use bonded neodymium magnet for the sensors, especially use bonded neodymium magnet to replace the Alnico magnet in some applications because of the weak magnetic performance of the alnico magnet, or some issue from the manufacturing difficulties on shapes and multipole requirements.?
Other applications, bonded neodymium magnets also used in lots of consumer electronics, it can help designer to deal with the difficulties from the complex shapes and functional complex magnetic flex issue comparing with other magnetic materials like Alnico or SmCo magnets.
